Cookie policy

A precise record of the browser storage this website uses, what remains optional, and how visitors stay in control.

Publication notice

This draft establishes the intended policy structure. Company registration details, retention periods, service providers and governing-law language must be confirmed by authorised management and qualified legal counsel before launch.

What this website stores

Websites use cookies and similar browser storage to remember information. In the current website build, the company's own code stores your analytics choice in local storage. Optional analytics scripts load only after you select “Accept analytics.”

Local storage is browser data rather than a cookie, but it is described here because it serves the same practical purpose: remembering a choice between visits.

Essential storage

  • ug-cookie-consent — stores “accepted” or “declined” in your browser so the website can respect the choice. It remains until you clear this site's browser data.
  • Temporary browser and network data may be used by the hosting platform for page delivery, load balancing, fraud prevention and security.

The consent record is necessary to remember the choice you made. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the website or submitting a form.

Optional analytics

The website supports either Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics 4 when a production administrator configures one of those services. No analytics provider is loaded by the website's application code until the browser contains an accepted consent choice.

  • Analytics may measure pages viewed, approximate device or browser characteristics, referral source and selected interaction events.
  • The website is designed not to send form field contents, tender descriptions, CVs or uploaded documents as analytics events.
  • Google Analytics may use cookies or identifiers under Google's own settings. Plausible is intended to operate without analytics cookies, subject to the production configuration selected.

Placeholder — production analytics register

Before launch, name the provider actually enabled, document its cookie or storage names, retention settings, data-processing location, consent mode and opt-out method. Remove references to providers that are not used.

Managing your choice

When the consent banner appears, choose “Decline” or “Accept analytics.” If you later want to change that decision, clear stored site data for this website in your browser and reload the page; the banner will appear again.

You can also block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential security or session technologies used by infrastructure providers may affect how some features work.

Third-party websites

Links to maps, social networks and other websites take you to services with their own storage and privacy practices. This policy does not control technologies set by a third party after you leave this website.

Updates and contact

This policy should be checked whenever the website adds a new embedded service, analytics tool, advertising technology or preference feature. The revision date at the top shows when the draft last changed.
