Terms of use

The intended ground rules for using this website, submitting information and relying on published material.

Publication notice

This draft establishes the intended policy structure. Company registration details, retention periods, service providers and governing-law language must be confirmed by authorised management and qualified legal counsel before launch.

Using this website

These terms are intended to apply when you browse or use this website. If you do not agree with the published terms, stop using the website. Separate contracts, tender conditions and confidentiality agreements take priority for the matters they cover.

Template status

These terms require approval by authorised management and qualified legal counsel before publication. They do not themselves create a signed construction, consultancy, employment or supply contract.

Information, not a contractual offer

Website content is provided for general information about the company's intended services and capabilities. It is not engineering advice, a tender, a quotation, a warranty, an offer of employment or a promise that the company will accept an enquiry.

Project scope, availability, programme, price, technical responsibility and deliverables are agreed only in a written document signed by authorised representatives.

Sample and unverified content

Draft project records, statistics, testimonials, certifications, office details, team profiles, job advertisements, photographs and downloads may be visibly marked as sample or placeholder content. They must not be treated as verified company claims.

Pre-launch condition

All placeholder records must be replaced, removed or formally verified before the production site is opened to the public.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • Break the law, infringe another person's rights or misrepresent your identity or authority.
  • Introduce malicious code, probe security, bypass rate limits or interfere with the website or its hosting.
  • Submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive or irrelevant material through a form or file upload.
  • Harvest contact details, scrape the website at a disruptive rate or use content to build an unauthorised competing dataset.
  • Send confidential third-party information unless you have authority and an approved method to do so.

Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, project materials, trade names and logos are intended to belong to or be licensed to the company. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial assessment of the company.

You may not republish, sell, remove attribution from, modify or commercially exploit website material without prior written permission. Client, consultant and supplier marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Enquiries and uploaded files

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, lawful and safe to receive. A website acknowledgement confirms receipt only; it does not confirm acceptance of a project, bid, supplier registration or application.

Do not upload executable files, malicious content, original identity documents, payment-card information or material you are not authorised to share. File-type and size controls do not replace your own confidentiality review.

Availability and responsibility

The company may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons. It will take reasonable care with published information but cannot promise that every page will always be current, complete or available.

Any exclusion or limitation of liability must be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude responsibility that the law does not allow a party to exclude.

Governing law and contact

Placeholder — legal jurisdiction

Counsel must confirm the governing law, courts or dispute process, the company's registered address and whether any mandatory consumer or public-procurement rules affect these terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ugratarainfrastructure.com. The contact address is placeholder company data and must be verified before launch.

Changes to these terms

The current terms and revision date will be published on this page. Continued use after a revised version is published means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to any notice or consent the law requires.
