East–West Corridor Upgrading, Section 4
Widening and reconstruction of a 21 km highway section carrying continuous freight traffic, including cross-drainage replacement and a reconstructed urban section through two market towns.
Corridor earthworks, pavement construction and drainage delivered under live-traffic conditions.
Road packages are won or lost on earthworks productivity and drainage. We plan haul routes, borrow and disposal areas and rainy-season shutdowns before mobilisation, then hold the pavement layers to specified density and level tolerance.
On live corridors, traffic management is designed as part of the works — signed diversions, flagging, night working windows and community notification — so that construction does not transfer risk to road users.
Every stage has a defined output and a named owner. Nothing moves to the next stage on assumption.
Topographic re-survey, alignment verification, cross-sections and quantity reconciliation against the tender drawings.
Haul route selection, plant deployment, traffic management drawings and community notification before any lane closure.
Cut and fill in controlled layers with compaction testing, slope protection and drainage installed ahead of the wet season.
Sub-base, base and bituminous layers laid to specified thickness and density, verified by field density and core testing.
Shoulders, furniture, marking and as-built survey, followed by the defect liability and maintenance period.
Widening and reconstruction of a 21 km highway section carrying continuous freight traffic, including cross-drainage replacement and a reconstructed urban section through two market towns.
Reinstatement of 3.2 km of hill road after monsoon slope failure, combining emergency access restoration with permanent stabilisation and drainage.
Reconstruction of 6.5 km of city streets with covered drainage, footpaths and utility coordination, sequenced so each street was opened only once.
Send the scope, the drawings or the tender documents. You will get a technical response from an engineer, not a sales reply.
