Residential Township, Phase One
Six residential blocks totalling 240 units with associated site infrastructure, built to a benchmark-unit standard with phased handover by block.
Commercial, institutional and residential structures delivered from substructure to fit-out handover.
We build framed and load-bearing structures where the programme is tight, the site is constrained and the finish tolerance is inspected. Work is planned around a fixed floor cycle, with formwork, reinforcement and services coordination sequenced before the first pour.
Structural, architectural and MEP drawings are reconciled during pre-construction so that clashes are resolved on paper. Where the client's design team is appointed separately, we run the coordination register and carry the constructability comments.
Every stage has a defined output and a named owner. Nothing moves to the next stage on assumption.
Drawing register, constructability comments, temporary works scope and a resourced baseline programme agreed before mobilisation.
Site establishment, excavation support, dewatering where required, foundations and waterproofing with hold-point inspections.
Fixed floor cycle with formwork rotation, rebar fixing checks, concrete pour cards and cube testing against the approved mix design.
Weathertight sequence coordinated with MEP first fix, followed by system testing and commissioning support.
Benchmark units approved, snag and de-snag rounds, O&M documentation, as-built drawings and defect liability management.
Six residential blocks totalling 240 units with associated site infrastructure, built to a benchmark-unit standard with phased handover by block.
A five-storey hospital building constructed on a live hospital campus, with base-isolated critical wings and full medical gas and services coordination.
A 14-storey commercial building with three basement levels on a constrained inner-city plot, delivered on a design-build basis with a fixed seven-day floor cycle.
