Building Construction

Commercial, institutional and residential structures delivered from substructure to fit-out handover.

Overview

We build framed and load-bearing structures where the programme is tight, the site is constrained and the finish tolerance is inspected. Work is planned around a fixed floor cycle, with formwork, reinforcement and services coordination sequenced before the first pour.

Structural, architectural and MEP drawings are reconciled during pre-construction so that clashes are resolved on paper. Where the client's design team is appointed separately, we run the coordination register and carry the constructability comments.

Capabilities

  • Piled and raft foundations, basements and retaining substructure
  • RCC frames, shear walls, post-tensioned and composite slabs
  • Structural steel erection and connection inspection
  • Envelope: masonry, cladding, glazing and waterproofing systems
  • MEP builder's work coordination and service penetration control
  • Internal fit-out, finishes and defect close-out to handover

Typical project types

  • Commercial office and mixed-use buildings
  • Hospitality and retail developments
  • Hospitals, schools and institutional facilities
  • Apartment and housing developments
  • Government and administrative buildings
Delivery process

How the work is sequenced.

Every stage has a defined output and a named owner. Nothing moves to the next stage on assumption.

  1. 01

    Pre-construction review

Drawing register, constructability comments, temporary works scope and a resourced baseline programme agreed before mobilisation.

  2. 02

    Enabling works and substructure

Site establishment, excavation support, dewatering where required, foundations and waterproofing with hold-point inspections.

  3. 03

    Superstructure cycle

Fixed floor cycle with formwork rotation, rebar fixing checks, concrete pour cards and cube testing against the approved mix design.

  4. 04

    Envelope and services

Weathertight sequence coordinated with MEP first fix, followed by system testing and commissioning support.

  5. 05

    Finishes and handover

Benchmark units approved, snag and de-snag rounds, O&M documentation, as-built drawings and defect liability management.

Equipment & expertise

  • Tower and mobile cranage planning
  • System formwork and slipform for repetitive elements
  • Concrete mix design review with an accredited laboratory
  • Survey control with total station and digital level
  • 4D programme sequencing for congested urban sites

Quality & safety

The controls that apply to this work.

  • Inspection and test plans agreed with the consultant before each work package
  • Concrete pour approval cards signed at rebar, formwork and pre-pour stages
  • Edge protection, hard barricading and scaffold handover tags at every level
  • Lifting plans reviewed by an appointed person for all crane operations
