We coordinate directly with equipment vendors on holding-down bolt setting, plinth levels and utility tie-in points, and phase construction so that commissioning can start in completed zones while work continues elsewhere.
Every stage has a defined output and a named owner. Nothing moves to the next stage on assumption.
Equipment layout, loading data and tolerance requirements confirmed with the client and vendors before design freeze.
Ground improvement where required, machine bases and plinths set to vendor tolerance with survey verification.
Steel erection, roofing and cladding sequenced to give early weather protection for equipment installation.
