Highway corridor under construction with retaining structures and traffic management
Sector

Transportation

Roads, bridges and access infrastructure built under live traffic and seasonal constraints.

Overview

Transport assets are built while people are using them. Traffic management, diversion quality and community notification are part of the engineering, not an afterthought bolted on at mobilisation.

In hill terrain the controlling risks are slope stability, drainage and monsoon access. We plan the season's work around those, and build drainage before it is needed rather than after it fails.

Who we work with

  • Road authorities and departments
  • Provincial and municipal governments
  • Development partners and lenders
  • Private access-road clients

What matters here

The three things that decide the outcome.

  • 01

    Live-traffic delivery

Staged closures, signed diversions, trained flaggers and night-working windows agreed with the road authority.

  • 02

    Slope and drainage

Cross-drainage, catch drains and slope protection installed ahead of the wet season, not retrofitted after damage.

  • 03

    Structures interface

Bridges, culverts and retaining structures sequenced with the road corridor so the pavement is not opened twice.
