[SAMPLE CONTENT] The diversion weir and intake structure are complete on the run-of-river civil works package in Lamjung, closing out the most weather-constrained element of the programme.

Work now moves to the desanding basin and the headrace alignment, both of which can continue through a wider portion of the year than in-river activity.

Season planning held

The package was planned around a compressed dry-season window with a self-sufficient site establishment including on-site batching, workshop and field laboratory. Concrete-intensive activities were front-loaded into that window as planned.
